Their nickname is The Clarets. Interestingly, this club has one of the largest fan bases in England in relation to the total population of the place they come from. That's the eponymous town of Burnley in Lancashire. We can get a good idea of this from the figures, with an average attendance per game of 20,000 people, in a city that has a population of around 70,000. It is certainly worth noting that the club's most famous supporter is Prince Charles. Former Libyan dictator Gaddafi was also a fan of the team.
More about Burnley FCBrentford FC is one of many London football clubs that play in the lower leagues of England. They have even appeared in League One, but their greatest success there came in the 1935/1936 season. Perhaps unsurprisingly, their main rivals include other London teams, namely Fulham and Queens Park Rangers. Griffin Park serves as the home stadium for Brentford FC, which can offer a sporting spectacle for more than 12 thousand fans.
