1. FC Kaiserslautern

The German club 1. FC Kaiserslautern has been in existence since 1900 and, in addition to football, is involved in other sports such as basketball, boxing, handball, field hockey, triathlon and athletics. They play their matches at the Fritz-Walter-Stadion, which boasts a capacity of around 50,000 seats. The stadium is named after the former captain of the German football team in the 1954 World Cup.

Hamburger SV

The Hamburger SV football team has already celebrated a century of existence, having been founded in 1919. The Hamburg club played in the first league throughout its existence until 2018, when they were relegated to the second highest competition. Until their relegation, they were the only team to have played in the first league continuously since their foundation.
