Croatian national football team has achieved great success in a relatively short period of time. Before 1990, one team played for the whole of Yugoslavia. Croatia has shown some good performances, especially at the World Cup, where they have already won two medals. In 1998 they were third and in 2018 they lost the final. At the EURU, their best so far is the quarterfinals in 1996 and 2008.
