Football team East Fife FC from Methil, Scotland, was founded in 1903 and plays its home games at the New Bayview Stadium, which seats about 2,000 fans. It participates in the fourth highest competition called Scottish League Two. The club have played in higher competitions in the past, including the Scottish Premier League, but currently have to settle for playing at a lower level.
East Fife FC has achieved several successes during its long history, including winning the Scottish League Cup in 1938 and winning Scottish Division Two in 1948. However, in more modern times they have not achieved any significant success and so fans have no choice but to hope that the future will bring brighter moments.
