Outdoors they then play in red jerseys with white details. Their stadium is Lyngby Stadium, which has a capacity of 10,000. The club was founded in 1921 in the town of Kongens Lyngby, then still under the name Lyngby Boldklub af 1921.
Looking back at the club's achievements, it became Danish champions in 1983 and 1992. They also won the Danish Cup 3 times, in 1984, 1985 and 1990. In 2001 came a less happy event, namely bankruptcy, which meant a fall to amateur level. In the 2006/07 season, however, they managed to return to the Superligaen among the top teams again.
