They are simply called The Dons and their club colours are gold, white and red. These colours are also worn on the home and away jerseys. They are at home at Stadium MK, which has a capacity of 30,500 spectators. The founding of this English football club only occurred in 2004. Its headquarters are in the town of Milton Keynes in the metropolitan county of Buckinghamshire. It is essentially the former Wimbledon FC, which has been writing its history since 1889, having moved here from London due to declining attendances.
Milton Keynes Dons FC currently operate in League One, which is the third highest competition within the English league system. They were promoted here in the 2018/19 season after finishing 3rd overall in the league table in the lower competition, League Two. In terms of performances, we can recall the 5th round of the English Cup in the 2012/13 season and the 4th round of the League Cup in the 2014/15 season. In the 2007/08 season, the team won the EFL Trophy and a season earlier the local Berks & Bucks Senior Cup.
