Thrasyvoulos Fylis

This Greek football club is known by its full name as Thrasyvoulos Fylis Football Club and their club colours are green and white. The home jerseys are predominantly green with minor white details. Outdoors, they play completely in white. At home they are at the Fyli Municipal Stadium, which has a seating capacity of just under 4,000.

It is a multi-purpose stadium, but it is mainly used for football matches. This club was founded in the city of Fyli, which is basically one of the suburbs of Athens. It was founded in 1938 and the original name was Thrasybulus. This was the name of the ancient general who used the town of Fyli as a base for the liberation of Athens from Sparta.

The football club currently plays in the 3rd level of Greek professional football, called the Second Division. It is actually a farm for the second highest competition, Super League 2. In the past, specifically for the 2008/09 season, they even managed to reach the top competition, but due to inexperience they were immediately relegated.
