The Spanish team Real Club Deportivo Mallorca, from the port city of Palma, has been playing football since 1916. Interestingly, it is the oldest football team in the Balearic Islands. In its more than a century of existence, it has also won a number of successes, the biggest being the 2003 Copa del Rey and before that the 1998 Spanish Super Cup triumph.
More about RCD MallorcaOne of Spain's most successful clubs, it has nicknames such as Los Ches, Valencianistes, Els Taronges (the Orange) and Los Murciélagos (the Bats). The bat in Valencia's emblem is probably known all over the world, their club colours are white and black, with the jersey being white and the shorts black. However, in addition to the bat, there are shades of orange in their crest, which also appears on the alternative away jersey. The club is at home in the Mestalla stadium, which holds 50,500 people.
