The Spanish team Real Club Deportivo Mallorca, from the port city of Palma, has been playing football since 1916. Interestingly, it is the oldest football team in the Balearic Islands. In its more than a century of existence, it has also won a number of successes, the biggest being the 2003 Copa del Rey and before that the 1998 Spanish Super Cup triumph.
More about RCD MallorcaThe club has been nicknamed in many ways, such as Los Hispalenses, Sevillistas, Los Nervionenses, El Grande de Andalucía and finally Los Rojiblancos (the red and white). That is why red and white are also their club colours and you can find them both in their emblem and on their jerseys. While the home jersey is mostly white, the away jersey is again practically all red. The club plays at the Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán, which seats 54,883.
