English football team Tranmere Rovers FC from Birkenhead. The team was founded in 1884, but then still under the name Belmont FC. However, the name change to its current status occurred the following year. Their home stadium, Prenton Park, boasts a capacity of over 16,000 spectators. This football team is nicknamed The Robbins and the club colours are red and white. These are of course also found on the home jerseys, where red is the jersey itself and white is the shorts. This colour combination is also honoured by the club crest complete with gold detailing. The team plays its home games at the County Ground, which has a capacity for 15,728 people. The English club was founded in 1879 in the town of Swindon in the metropolitan county of Wiltshire.
